How the Nalza Score works
One number from 0 to 100, blended from four signals: Web SEO, Local, Social and AI Answers.
Four signals, one number
The Nalza Score is a weighted blend of four signal scores, each from 0 to 100.
- Web SEO, 35%
- Technical health, on-page content, structured data, authority signals and rankings, from the crawl of every page.
- AI Answers, 25%
- How readable your site is to AI engines, blended with how often the engines actually cite you (your Share of Answer).
- Local, 20%
- How complete and consistent your Google Business Profile is: categories, description, services, posts, phone, address and hours.
- Social, 20%
- Branded search demand from Search Console, how often AI answers mention you, and how many independent sources cite you.
Signals that are not measured yet
A signal whose data source is not connected shows as Not measured rather than zero, because an unanswered question is not a failing grade. The score is then blended from the signals that are measured, and the dashboard tells you which ones are missing.
Connecting Search Console, your Google Business Profile and running a Share of Answer check fills in the rest.
How AI Answers is scored
AI Answers combines two things: readiness, which is whether AI crawlers can reach and understand your pages, and Share of Answer, which is how often the engines cite you. Readiness carries 60% because it is the half you control directly; Share of Answer carries 40%.
Seeing why a score is what it is
Every part of every signal links to the data behind it. Open a signal from the dashboard to see each part, what it is worth, why it is short, and the Move that would improve it.
