Billing, the trial and changing plans

The free trial

The trial lasts 10 days and needs a card to start. Nothing is charged during the trial. On day 10 your plan begins and the first month is charged. Cancel before then and you pay $0.

Plans

Scout, $49 a month

1 site, 100 keywords, 1 Business Profile location, 1 seat.

Strategist, $99 a month

3 sites, 500 keywords, 3 locations, 3 seats. Adds build-or-buy recommendations.

Agency, $249 a month

15 sites, 2,500 keywords, 15 locations, 10 seats. Adds white-label reports and client viewers.

Every plan is capped, never unlimited, and every plan scores all four signals.

Upgrading and downgrading

Change plans at any time from Settings, Billing. The change is prorated to your billing date.

Cancelling

Cancel from Settings, Billing. Cancelling ends your subscription at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. You can undo a cancellation before that date.

Once a subscription has lapsed, the WordPress connector stops collecting new changes and, after the date shown in Nalza, undoes the changes it made, because those changes are part of the service.

Your card

Payments are handled by Stripe. Nalza never sees or stores your full card number, and you can update your card from Settings, Billing.
